Ammolite Free form naturals represent – in the opinion of the author – the best of the Bearpaw ammonite. Restored ammonite full specimens are of neccesity reconstructions – triplets require a manufacturing process to maximize revenue, but ammolite Naturals are obtained by hunting, preserving, fashioning and polishing the very best color structure & integrity of Ammolite to create true wonders of paleo-gemmological magnificence.
All of the stones presented here are from our vast image archives and will change often. The numbers you see below each Ammolite image are: first the weight in carats ; the 2nd & 3rd numbers are the width and length in mm; & if there is a 4th number it is the thickness in mm, otherwise they are a maximum of 4 mm thick.
